How do I return or exchange an item?
Follow the link in your order confirmation email to start the return process. Once approved, a return label will be issued, which you can print and attach to the package to return it to us. For exchanges, please return the item. We will issue the refund, and you can purchase the alternative product. 
What's the status of my order
A tracking code will be issued when the order has shipped. Check your email for that tracking link. If you think something has happened or there's a delay, contact us on the contact page for an investigation. 
Can I change or cancel my order? 
Orders generally will ship out the same day or next day. Once shipped, we cannot recall, change, or cancel the order. Please, if you do need to change, contact us as quickly as you can.
